Our mission is revolutionize health solutions for the communities that need it most, by providing individuals with the access, information and resources they need to make informed, high-quality health decisions for themselves and loved ones.

Our vision is to broaden the definition of “health” and transform health solutions for all communities, with an emphasis on communities that are marginalized. Our goal is to shift the system from a "sick care" model to one that prioritizes overall health and well-being.

What We Do

We take a community approach to health and offer workshops, outdoor events, and partnerships with healthcare organizations, community groups and fitness/outdoor brands, that enhance mental health, bolster physical well-being and provide safe outdoor experiences.

Not Just For Runners

“Not Just For Runners” (NJ4R) is a community event for all physical abilities and ages. NJ4R includes a 5K and 1-mile walk/run/roll, a health fair with organization and business booth tables, free community classes offered by local health, fitness and wellness service providers, and art and STEM activities for kids. NJ4R bolsters physical and mental health and provides a safe outdoor environment for our communities.
